It’s all about customer satisfaction with Search Engines and it tells us a couple of things about the future.
We’ve seen several reports lately about how loyal Google consumers are to Google and how they are generally heavy users of search.
This report tells us why, consumers are very satisfied with the way Google works, far more satisfied then users of Yahoo and MSN.
Unfortunately, this is an annual report and we won’t really see a good comparison for Bing for another year, at least from this source. It does show us what a difficult challenge Bing has and for now I wouldn’t put a lot of faith in Bing’s ability to quickly overcome or even equal Google on satisfaction or usage.
