JGSullivan has developed a rigorous methodology for defining and designing websites and web-based applications. With a wide variety of tools and processes available for collecting and analyzing data about a company's needs and customer desires, JGSullivan can do much more than just designing an attractive site – we can design a site that works.

Six Step Process

Our six-step process is a logical procession from the most basic ideas about a new or redesigned site or application all the way to a completed design, ready for coding and testing. As appropriate, we use input from a wide variety of sources to inform the process.

It also means knowing how users interact with websites. Knowing the rules, the conventions, the best practices, and knowing the times when you should ignore those rules, conventions and best practices. It means understanding the laws about gathering information and privacy, collecting sales tax, dealing with children and accessibility for users with disabilities.

Building a site is easy. Building a site that's effective, easy to use, expandable, robust and attractive – that's not so easy. We just make it look that way.
