Collaborative E-Commerce Platform
Collaborative E-commerce Platform
The Collaborative E-commerce Platform is a way for manufacturers who sell primarily through a retailer channel to offer their products for sale online in a manner which does not impact the retailer-consumer relationship.
Starting from the manufacturer's site, the consumer researches and selects the product they wish to purchase. They add it to the shopping cart on the manufacturer's site. When they are ready to checkout, they are first asked for their ZIP Code and presented with a list of retailers near them. The consumer selects a retailer from the list, and their order is transferred from the manufacturer's site to the retailer's site for the rest of the checkout process to occur.

This cart-to-cart transfer can occur between the manufacturer and independent retailers, or it can take place between the manufacturer and their largest national chain retail partners – the Collaborative E-commerce Platform makes it all possible.
Of course there is a robust toolset for managing the products and pricing in the online catalog. And real-time reporting gives powerful insight into every aspect of the online sales.
